VOICE OF CHANGE TANZANIA HAS FIVE  MAIN DEPARTMENT :

1. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES  DEPARTMENT  WHICH DEALS IN :

•      Providing Advocacy ,Lobbying ( Psychological counseling)
•      Providing assisance to Orphans and widows
•      Connecting counseled people with other NGOs,CBOs and CSOs for more assistance
•      Visiting sick people in their respective places of Residence and in health facilities

2. EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT  WHICH DEALS IN :
 
     Providing trainings ,seminars and workshops to different communities concerning :
                               1.Nutritional skills
                               2.Entrepreneurship  skills
                               3.Capacity Building skills
                               4.Life skills
                               5.Personal Development skills
                               6.Youth skills
3. YOUTH DEPERTMENT WHICH DEALS :

•  Uniting Youth of different background
• Training Youth different skills for the aim of changing their mindset and their  lives in general on    the  following Topics :

                     SELF - RELIANCE
                     SELF - EMPLOYMENT
                     SELF - ESTEEM
                     SELF -DETERMINATION
                     GOAL SETTINGS

4. WOMEN OF CHANGE TANZANIA (WOCHATA) DEPARTMENT which deals in :

•       Women issues pertaining to their families development
•       Making VICOBA within women 
•       Making various projects  and small businesses for the aim of helping the orphans                  and   widows mentioned above 
•       Providing hope to the hopeless 

5. ENTERTAINMENT DEPARTMENT WHICH DEALS IN:

•  Entertaining the community during trainings,seminars and workshops
•  Educating the community through POEMS, THEATRE, MUSIC,COMEDIES
